You can find frequently asked questions, our live chat window, and library contact information on the Ask Us page.

When you start a chat, you can submit your question and enter your name or remain anonymous. You'll see a note announcing when the librarian has joined, along with his or her name.

Also, you can email yourself a copy of the chat. Click on the envelope icon in the chat window to enter your email address and send.

Finally, when the chat is complete, you will have the opportunity to rate the help you received. We hope you will use this feature so that we can continue to improve our services!
