Academic Search Premier
Provides indexing for over 8,100 journals, full text for nearly 4,700
journals, and places an emphasis on scholarly, peer-reviewed
publications. Indexes 1985-current. Over 100 of the journals have full
text going back to 1975 or before. Search using: Sexism, Sex discrimination in employment,
etc.
GenderWatch
Provides full text of unique and diverse publications that focus on how
gender impacts a broad spectrum of subject areas.
CQ Researcher
Provides full text in-depth, non-biased coverage of political and
social issues, with regular reports on topics of current interest .
Each report can be read in its entirety or by section, which includes a
background and chronology; an assessment of the current situation;
tables and maps; pro/con statements from representatives of opposing

Full text scholarly journal archive going back to the 1600s. Vol 1/
no.1 forward. Covers all subject areas. Limit search to Sociology Collection
and /or Feminist's and

Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center
Provides full text essays on current controversial topics. Includes
some full text magazine and newspaper articles and other information
relevant to the topic. Search under Women, Employment, Working Women, etc.
Sociological Abstracts
Provides indexing with abstract of international literature in
sociology and related disciplines in the social and behavioral
sciences. Provides abstracts of journal articles and citations to book
reviews drawn from over 1,809 serials publications, and also provides
abstracts of books, book chapters, dissertations, and conference
papers. Records added since 1973 contain in-depth and non-evaluative
abstracts of journal articles. Many records from key journals in
sociology, published since 2001, also include the references cited in
the bibliography of the source article. Each individual reference may
also have links to an abstract and/or to other papers that cite that
reference; these links increase the possibility of finding more

Provides abstracts of journal articles, book chapters, books,
dissertations and technical reports, all in the field of psychology.
Indexes 1800s–current. Has Thesaurus.
