FedFlix

  • This database, made available through the Internet Archive, is the result of a joint venture between the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) and Public Resource.org.  It features the best movies of the United States Government, from training films to history, from our national parks to the U.S. Fire Academy and the Postal Inspectors.  All footage is a part of the public domain and is therefore free and available for use without any copyright restrictions.

Hoopla

  • Digital media service that allows you to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, or phone.  Hoopla is provided for free to all students in the State of West Virginia by the West Virginia Library Commission.  Registration for a WVLC library card is required.  To register for a library card, simply email your name, dormitory or local address, email address and telephone number to the Library Commission’s Reference Desk wvlcref@wv.gov to request a library card.  Cards are processed promptly and generally arrive within a week to 10 days.
