Important Notice Regarding LibGuides and E-Reserves URL

We hope you are enjoying a peaceful and fulfilling summer.  

We want to make you aware of a system change that will affect the URL of LibGuides (including E-Reserves) at 2 p.m.  on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.   

 What this means for you: 

• After July 6, please take time to review the URL of your guides/E-Reserves 
• Update your links as needed - wherever you posted them (e.g.  Blackboard, syllabus, web pages, Facebook, etc. ); simply remove "guides." from your current URL. 

 For example: 

 For LibGuides 
https://guides.library.fairmontstate.edu/c.php?g=43610     will change to

https://library.fairmontstate.edu/c.php?g=43610  

Another example (if you assigned a friendly URL such as this to your guide): 

https://guides.library.fairmontstate.edu/LIBL-1101-01     will change to

https://library.fairmontstate.edu/LIBL-1101-01   

For E-Reserves 

https://guides.library.fairmontstate.edu/er.php?course_id=13312     will change to 

https://library.fairmontstate.edu/er.php?course_id=13312
