The Rise to Fame

Over the years the number of authors included in Kestrel grows. This allows for a larger issue and larger audiences. 

This growth looks to have come to a head in 2008-2012 kickstarting what we have today.

Submission Requirements

They have expanded their submission times. They now allow for people to submit work all year round.
