The Test if Essential Academic skills is a multiple choice standardized entrance exam made for students going into the nursing field and other allied health programs.
The required score to be looked at is a composite score of 60. To have a higher chance of acceptance into the nursing program, a composite score of 70 on the TEAs exam is required.
A student is able to take the TEAs test twice in a calendar year. The test can be taken at any point of the year, with the year restarting on January 1. The TEAs can be taken in person or at home with the proper programs downloaded that prevent cheating.
